What are your return policies?
We guarantee 100% and will accept returns on any merchandise a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of our products within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

How do I maintain my silver jewelry? How should I clean my silver ?
Salt water, chlorine in swimming pool, soap and perspiration can easily ruin the beauty of the silver jewelry. Therefore, maintaining your beautiful silver jewelry is very important. It is best if you, periodically, every three months, clean and polish you silver jewelry using silver polish and polishing cloth made for silver jewelry. It has a dry chemical inside of the cloth to remove tarnish that gets on the jewelry.

What's my shipping cost?
We will not know the exact shipping cost until we pack up and find out the gross weight of the package. It is always depends on the size and weight of the items you order.
Do you charge any handling fees for shipping?
No, We charge customers exactly what FedEx or UPS charge us. We never want to make money on shipping because we are not in this business.

How do you ship your products? What courier do you use?
All orders are shipped via either POS EKSPOR or UPS (customer's choice). Usually it will take about 4 business days, using POS EKSPOR or UPS, to reach our customers (if no custom delay). 

Can I pay by credit card?
You may pay by credit card through paypal. Other  preferred method of payment is wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer) to

Do you carry items in stocks?
Yes!!! We do carry some items ready stock. Please click this ready stock page to see our items in stock. Note that prices listed at our items in stock  are retail prices which should be about 4 times our wholesale prices.

What is your production timeframe?
Our production timeframe/delivery date depends on the size of the order. However, we generally require 6 weeks following the receipt of payment.

If I purchase from you at wholesale, what price should I sell for retail?
Since our net wholesale prices are very much affordable, you can easily mark up our prices 6 up to 8 times and still that leaves your customers with very reasonable prices.

Is all your jewelry Sterling Silver?
YES!!! All of our jewelry is containing minimum 92.5% silver. Our strict quality control ensures that every piece is checked and carried "925" hallmark. We would never release jewelry below 925 that could jeopardize our excellent reputation in quality.

Do you have a catalog / hard copy catalog?
In order to save our forest, we would like to remain as paper free as possible. You may view, copy, and save our complete catalog in your computer.

Do you offer samples?
We will supply free samples only for our frequent customers or new customers who place order above $ 2,500. IF you would like to be save ordering from us, you may purchase item in stocks that we carry. With minimum purchase at US$ 100, you can have several of our items for your better review and evaluation before placing larger quantity order.
